My team, the group that haunts the others even before the match

Who's Your Daddy

Went to school for the football competition

We're out of luck anyway

We're in the same group with 2 school teams and 1 veteran team

The group consists of 4 teams

They are...

D10 = School team
Who's Your Daddy
Ke Ai Jia Zhu(Chinese) = School team
Jiaosea

My team is skilled at teamwork

They played passing and we promised to force a draw against Ke Ai Jia Zhu

As, we heard, they are too strong to be defeated

Therefore as the first match goes

We play against Ke Ai Jia Zhu

The field was fully soaked with water

Whenever we made a pass

When the ball rolls into the pool of water

It stops there

And we lost the possession

We kept on defending

But in the end we failed to draw

And we stumbled to a 6-0 embarrassing defeat

They were far too strong

I was freezing on the field and couldn't move much

After 20 minutes pass

We went off the field and did not talk anything

We played it fair

Second match

We faced another school team (cursing my luck)

As the field had already partially dried up

We are giving no more face

Jiaosea players all support us

Because they said if we lost to them

Jiaosea will have no hope to move on to quarters

The atmosphere was amazing

Jiaosea supporters were rocking

It gave us the "Omph!" to continue and tried to finish D10 off

After 2 minutes

Pei Jie scored the first brace

FIRST BLOOD

Unfortunately

One of the players were acting as though he was injured

Therefore the goal was cancelled

We kept our mouth shut and continued to play the game

Can you believe it?

The player who was injured stood up and he can RUN right away

Before this he was moaning over his leg

What a sore loser

After another 1 minute after the injury

Pei Jie scored again!!

That goal shut D10 up

And our supporters were screaming out in delight

They sure are crazy lol

D10 played on right wing

Which, the wing was guarded by me

Unfortunately they chose the wrong wing to attack

Because they couldn't even pass my lane

Hahax (Lansi)

Once I got the ball

I hold the ball

Making not another second thought

Cleared the ball away

Zhuan Khai immediately got the ball

After a one-two pass with Hew Soon

Zhuan Khai scored another goal to add on the pressure to D10!!!

The D10 players were cursing to each other

Seems like they were unhappy with the referee

I'm not sure what happened also

In the dying minutes

With 2 minutes left

When D10's playmaker, Wei Ming, attacked on my wing

He unleashed a right-footed shot

Which hit me and went out for a corner

As he took a corner

He crossed over into the penalty box and their player headed into the goal to make it 2-1!!

They were so determined to force a draw

With 2 minutes left

We substituted all defenders in and in the end

We won the match

That's 3 points for us

We were so happy

Thinking that the last match we just need another draw or win to move on into quarters

But

But....

Our main defender

Yangkai

Was injured in the second match

And I was elbowed in the stomach by D10's player too

Which had me almost vomitted on the field

I can't move much

My mouth drips out 3 drops of pale yellowish liquid

And I was substituted right away

In the end for my team

We lost 1-0

Sadly

We couldn't move into the quarters as we lost on goal difference to D10

Even though we couldn't make it

I am still proud with my teammates

Why?? You'd ask

Because... They showed their fighting spirit even though we were down by one goal

As they would say...

Never say NO

I smiled, as well as happy

Because we are forever a team which plays on teamwork
