7/12/2009 Sweetest Drill Session Ever

DAMN...Another one hot day

Gotta suffer under the sun for this drill session...AGAIN

Today, unexpectedly Ah Lee Sir took over and asked us to make up a 15 command drill

Therefore, with my humorous partner Ooi Hong Liang, and drill show-off-er Lim Kai Sheng who plans to make up difficult commands to impress the other members

We finally made up 15 commands, mine is real easy, very basic

While Kai Sheng's eh...Haiz...I think neither the junior ones had already learnt those commands

Nor they had already mastered them perfectly

Today is all about the 15 commands

So I was the forth to step out and shout

And, due to some problems with the space given

I had to change the commands in last minute and made a mistake when shouting.

Sorry arrr guys, didn't mean to give wrong commands to make you sweat

But overall they are satisfied with my commands, as I said, mine is very simple *blush*

And, as the other commanders step out to shout

A large portion of them didn't even know what commands they are going to give

And ended up making us walk into the walls so frequently

Yaaah...To say the truth, I was pissed that time

I didn't even listen whether the command is right or wrong, JUST DO IT

But in the end was scolded for making so many mistakes =x

After drill session, I made my way straight towards the water dispenser and drank 3 cups of water

After that...Wei Huon Sir asked me to come over...

"Darn...Lecture session for my attitude just now." I thought as I walked towards him

And so, as I thought that I had to endure another lecture,

Wei Huon sir asked me," Are you interested in becoming commander?"

WOW! My dream has come true

Haha, I immediately answered yes la, of course!

Hehe, after that I went to chat with the little boys about today's courses

Some are worried, some are scared, some are nervous

But I just asked them to try their best

Because...Drill is easy only right?? Hehe

Then out of a sudden Pei Jie asked me to come for another 5 minutes of drill

I looked at him...And said...

"Siao arrr, I've just finished my 2hours of drill session and you asked me for one more round."

"No larr, come and train for next year's PESTA drill. Train for 5 minutes only larrrr"

I wasn't suspecting anything as Khoon Yen, Yu Jun and Pei Jie marched alongside me

4 NCO marching...Geng..Dono train for what also =.=

Adrian Eu gave the commands, and so we marched..Marched...And marched...

At first I thought PJ wan show off in front of the juniors (Blah)

But after awhile Ah Lee Sir only told me the truth

Hehe...Sweet but sour truth T~T

Haha...Not gonna tell here...Sorry all

But really pressured lor...

Next year got 4 drill competitions..

School Sports Day (Sekolah), JPN, (Daerah), PSC (State) and PESTA (Whole Country)

And one exam...SPM

WTH!!! Next year is gonna be so busy

Pray hard...Pray hard...

Btw, please enjoy the holidays as much as you can

Gotta release the pressure on myself here

I'm stuck in the middle of holidays with lots of badgework

Of course, I had to sacrifice for the sake of one crucial badge

Then some people asked me out and I had to reject...

Claiming I'm busy, and...Got blamed for breaking my promises T~T

Well, so far I've still not prepared anything for my expedition

Since the other groups had finished their "tour"

I had a scare when they showed me the map that they drew.

The road was...

I mean the total steps taken in 2 days are...

100k???

They even had blisters at their legs when they finished their expedition

Brrr, wonder what'll I be on 23rd and 24th DEC

But, with God's grace, everything is possible right???

=)

I've already proved I'm waterproof already when I can be

Right, monkey??

Haha, yesterday I just showed that.

After spending a few hours in HQ messing around with QM stuffs

Mana tau...Just as we were finished with our stuffs

The sky grew super dark and starting pouring heavily

Imagine to ride a bike and rush back from some place which is 5km away back to your home

UNDER THE HEAVY RAIN

Super chi kek man, I wanna try it again =D

Of course, monkey wasn't speeding

But the feeling of the rain is undescridable

But...The consequences are..Reaching home with 90% drenched with rain water,

With, of course, my hair still dry =)

Yaaaah I know I've updated my blog 3 times today

Too free right?

Haha just wondering why now all churches are so active in promoting floorball to us right now

AIMC officers pulak encouraged us to play floorball

And after weeks of disappearing from FGAC youth meeting

I found out from their blog that they do have floorball as well

But can they be better than us BB???

Of coz not la...Haha not trying to be lansi here

That is, another fact that can't be denied=P

Surprisingly, the speaker today is someone who is very humorous

And enthusiastic as well (woots!)

From behind of the whole room, I secretly admired him (Wei I'm not gay just admire)

Even though he has a big size (Hope he doesn't know my blog)

And though he has darker skin than mine (Wei I'm not lying >.<)

He has a great love for God as well (Yeah yeah see that? Not bad ^^ )

I promised Sarah I will be at Youth Meeting after exam

But maybe can't after this T~T

As people said

Time flies by

And you know what?

Last week my mum told me,

"Don't you think 1 year is a long time, just in a blink of an eye, you'll be the one who's sitting for SPM next year"

"Wow! Magic! Then 1 month would be just a breeze then?"

"Of course! Nonsense!"

"Well said, then I could hardly wait for the month after SPM to arrive ASAP!"

That had my mum scolded me for another 10 minutes or so in the car

Blablabla

As I said,

My exam is just around the corner to an end

Guess what?

CLHS FINAL EXAM IS GOING TO END!! Woots!

But face it...

After this exam,

I'll be stuck in all lots of busy stuffs

Badgework...Football...DOTA!!

But frankly speaking

I couldn't play football as well as I could last few weeks

Could it be because of lack of Physical Training by BB In-House training???

( Dear officers if you're reading this article, I'm just joking here there's no need for extra training =P )

Or is it I lack of skill?? Not consistent??

( If you reply with a yes in your heart you're gonna get it )

Why?? Oh I know why

BECAUSE OUR PHYSICS TEACHER MRS THONG KEEP ON GOING EMO AT US

Guess what?

As a good, quiet, obedient and handsome (*blush*) student, who sits at the back of the class due to some height problems which some "not tall" students may complain by saying I purposely block their view in order to prevent them from getting high marks

I always try to understand what our "pretty" Mrs Thong trying to teach and trying to guess out what are the small words she writes

I mean, she has 2 white boards!! CLHS aren't that poor!

And her writing are like...Even with my new glasses I still can't see!

All these stuff must have been haunting me

6/10/2009 Penang City Run + 5 hours of BB Duty

Woke up before the dawn to...

Play Tower Defense on facebook

Its kind of like a strategy game I would say

But it is so challenging that I kept on playing until my highest score also 50k++ only

Went back to sleep at 4am...

Woke up again at 6am

Felt dizzy as well as tired

But what to do?

Later gotta go for Penang City Run and...the worst of it, 5 hours of BB food fair duty at 11am

Hesitating no more

I went to take a shower and put on my gay FREE sleeveless shirt

I put on my number as well

Nice number right? Hehex..

Reached KOMTAR at about 7am

Right before we took off, while I was warming up,

I saw Lim Guan Eng waving a flag (Had no idea what it is)

Then a gunshot went off!!!

Someone died!!

Red blood got onto everyone's shirt!!!

Of course its a joke xP

Oh well the gunshot indicates that we are allowed to run already

I was waiting for the people in front of me to start running

BUT

Mana tau they just walked

Wth want to waste RM4 also don't block my way man

Don't be like Le Yu who also took photos at the beginning of the run (Lol.)

I ran for about 10 minutes non-stop

This shows how BB training worked perfectly well on me *blush*

Sooner or later the rain starts to fall as I hoped that it would stop

Not because I'm weak

Its because I'm afraid that I might fall sick and can't attend BB Duty

LOL

Joking la... But honestly

It stood 10% of why I hope the rain would stop

90% of it is that the water that my shirt had sucked in might add on a little weight

After running for about... 60% of the whole journey?

I met up with Jun De and Jack

The 3 of us started to race then (Lol)

Until there's one part where we need to take an armband for checkpoint

Jack and I eventually fight for the red armband and had the stationer confused

"Eh adik adik di hadapan masih ada!"

Lol...Lame right?

After taking the armband,

I tie it up just before my armpit and kept on chasing Jack

I was drenched with sweat and rainwater until...

The KOMTAR semi-globe can be seen!!

I'm near to the end point!

I qucikly used up my energy booster

Ran as hard as I could

In one breath

In just one charge

I sprint towards the end point which is about 200 metres away from me

I finished the run at a personal record of 55 minutes at a distance of 10km.

In the end

Sze Hao's mum gave me a slice of pizza as a reward of helping out at her store

The others were jealous lol ^^

Thanks to her anyway, her pizza is so mouth-watering

After 5 hours of duty,

I went back home at 4.30pm

After bathing

I imitated a dead man's style of lying down onto my bed

Today my family and I went to E&O hotel to have a nice cozy lunch

15/9/2009 Sunday's NCO In House Bowling + Physical Training

Adrian's mum fetch me to HQ and then went to play bowling

This is my first time to play bowling in my life

My first strike didn't go straight into the drain

But at least it hit one cone ^^

Not bad for a rookie (An applause please?)

Of all games

I had 3 STRIKES!!

3!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! GODLIKE!!!

But the number of time I hit the drain is...uncountable

Lol

It was only 4pm

I expected so much from it to be playing football

BUT

Once we got back to HQ

Sadly to say

Its physical training T~T

First and foremost

We did warm up which is led by me *blush*

After that

We went to run around the HQ compound, aka Jalan Kampung Melayu

Its quite a short distance, but we finish it in 12minutes

Not because I run slow k?

WE ARE A TEAM!! We need to run together

I'm not gonna mention who runs the slowest here

But for someone so fit like me...Where can lose de right??

Right??? I know you agree with me.

Then, after that, we went back to HQ...Did 30 push-ups + 30 sit-ups

Adoi...So long didn't do physical training d... So tiring =.=

Then, we had a frog jump of a total of approximately 20m, duck walk of total 30m

I already expect it to finish

BUT

The training master aka Khoo BK Sir had one last training programme for us

This time

We had to take a police baton

Lift it up high

Do frog jump from the bottom of a building to the 4th floor

Pity my legs... Almost dead d

But as I already mentioned before...

I'M FIT OK??? xD

Therefore I'm the very first to challenge this training

While the others can take a good rest

We had to complete this training in 40 minutes of a total of 18 NCOs

Everytime there'll be only 2 NCOs who can jump, while the others were to rest at the bottom

Surprisingly, when I thought that the challenge is not accomplishable

But with God's blessings, we managed to finish the physical training!!

Yea!! Special thanks to Ooi Kang Shen whose fighting spirits are unbeatable

5/9/2009 Back from ANTS (Part Three)

After I woke up

I brushed my teeth blankly...

Then I went to the Parade Ground for physical training again

Today is quite boring

Just the same as yesterday's physical

Then after that courses again... Which is quite useful

After courses

We went to have lunch and got ourselves ready for closing ceremony

Which, is kinda out of my expectation

I was expecting it to be under the hot sun

But the closing ceremony was under a roof

Before the closing ceremony

I went to meet Mr. Loh

I was expecting it to be 1 on 1 session

But once I entered the room

GOSH!!!

There were so many officers in there!!!

About... 10?

I sat on the chair

Along with Mr. Loh and Mr. Terrence opposite me

Then the other officers were standing all behind them looking at me!!!!

OMG my heart was thumping like a mad machine

Lucky for me

The other officers just stood awhile and went out of the room to get themselves prepared for closing ceremony

~Whew~

After exchanging some words with Mr. Loh

After he gave me some lecture

I succeeded claiming my certificate~

But for the closing ceremony

I'll have to change from Day Dress to ANTS Shirt with Mufti

Fine then...

During the closing

Our names will be called out and were supposed to march to the front to claim our certificates

I've waited for a long time to get mine....

Mana tau 8th Penang Company's participants, who were only consisted of me and Joel, were arranged at the last 2!

But I like also eh... More spotlight shines onto you you know!!

Compared with Joel, I'm the last one to come out (The climax is always at the last right? xP)

I can see Mr. Loh and Mr. Terrence kept pointing at me, whispering around =.=

I just ignored them

I moved one step back...

4/9/2009 Back from ANTS (Part Two)

Second Day
I've set alarm at 5.15am

Decided to get ready before anyone does (Hoping to attract attention from officers actually xD)

I woke up at 5.15am

FREAKING COLD!!!

Who the hell switched on the air-con in the classroom???

I went back into my sleep

Set alarm at 5.30am again

Woke up again

Then felt tired

Then...Sleep again (Lol)

I repeatedly doing this until I woke up at 5.55am

Everyone was already up, brushed their teeth already

The sergeant in my squad told me

"We're meeting in the Parade Ground for physical training at 6am, you're still sleeping?"

OH MAN!!!

I FORGOT

I immediately jumped onto my feet

Wore my sport shoes and name tag

Took my bottle and ran towards the Parade Ground (Didn't brush my teeth, so I didn't talk much lol)

When I reached

I was kinda late... 5 minutes?

I'm still considered okay lo!!!

The girls took another 10 minutes to arrive at the Parade Ground!!

Therefore we started the physical training at 6.15am

Which, added another 3 lots (150 star jumps)

This physical training is not even at my standard

Didn't even make me sweat (*blush* I'm too fit for this)

We just made some warm-ups, and run around a small building 2 times

The other girls were gasping for air like hell while the other boys could not even talk

Me and Joel were just as normal as usual ^^

Running for about a total of 800m is tiring? (Of course got some path going uphill)

After physical training (Ya I know its short)

We went for wash up for another 5 minutes before going for breakfast

I brushed my teeth (Of course la) before going with my squad members

After breakfast (which included some nagging and lecturing session)

We went for courses (SIENZ) which made me almost fell asleep

I'm not sure what the officer gonna comment on me =.=

After courses we went to have lunch

BUT, there's no lecturing this time

Because the other group served very well ^^

After lunch

We went to play another mind game

A "game" which kills me

Later you'll know...

This game is very simple of course

We were divided into 4 groups

First, every groups were given 1 piece of paper

And we were asked to choose either to put X or to put Y

We had no idea what it was about

Because no instruction, no rules or anything, just X or Y

Without communication among the four groups,

Every groups chose X

Then they introduced the X and Y rule

At first I thought of playing it safe

Therefore I told my members to pick all X

Because whatever what the other groups choose

We either profit or we get the negative point along with them

The officers kept coming on disturbing us and change our decision

Actually this game is to balance the score

But we mistook it as our objective was to score the highest

In the end we kept on playing and, the lowest point's group have to go for 200 star jumps.

The other 3 groups watched from beside helplessly, as we were guilty because this game wasn't only played by them but by all of US

Since there was no other people who wanted to negotiate with the officer

I went on and negotiated with him to lighten the punishment aka "extra activity"

Fortunately, he accepted my deal and wanted to learn my name from my name tag

Which, I was wearing a fake one in replacement with my old broken one

I told him that my real name is Timothy instead of Tan Win Shern

DIE

He said that since I'm wearing a fake ID

I could not get my certificate

WTH!!!

I can feel the blood in my head being drained and dried out

I was...Stunned? Emotionless? I'm not sure...

Then he asked me," Regretted talking much right? So I give you an offer... You can either choose to disable their 200 star jumps right away with the withdrawal of your certificate or you can claim your certificate but they have to finish their star jump with penalty, 1000 star jumps."

I didn't, and couldn't thought of anymore choices, I chose to sacrifice my certificate and set them free, since we were all tired out.

As we were given instructions to move on to the Common Hall, an officer came up to me and taught me how to solve my problem

I appreciated it and decided to make apologization to Mr. Loh

We went to Common Hall and watched... Ice Age

=.=

I could not concentrate...I kept on thinking how to solve my problems

And planned on how to talk to Mr. Loh, the ways to convince him perfectly without flaws

After the movie, I personally went up and asked him for his forgiveness

He asked me to write a simple letter and hand it to him

My mind was like, "YES!!! Here's my hope"

I promised him I'll hand it to him tonight.

After dinner, I did not pay attention to the course I attended to

My mind was focusing on using which expressive words that can convince him

And I finished my letter when the class was about to end (Lol, 2 hours to write one page of letter, now you know how serious I can be at times?)

At the end of the lesson, we were told to change into sportswear and go to the parade ground to pay up our debts of star jumps

Before we started the jump, I handed him the letter, and hoping for him to say something, anything...

He just read the letter in silence...After finish, he said," Get back into your squad. You guys are going to start jumping."

I was dissapointed and did what as he told

We kept on jumping, realising that we would not finish our jumps if we keep on jumping like a mad group of drug addicts

Therefore I confronted Mr Loh and negotiated with him again

I asked him to reduce star jumps for us but a BUGGER among the 48 of us yelled

"We're BB, Boleh Boleh"

WTH!!!

That made Mr. Loh withdrew the star jumps he offered

T~T!!!

Fine, I'm okay with that, but I'm just worried about the other girls who are physically weaker than the boys

After the girls followed my footsteps and went on to negotiate, we managed to nego until the lowest number of jumps as we could asked for and finished them.

I was not tired, not sweating, so I went to sleep immediately.

The second day passed by, with worries in my mind before I sleep,

I still have my certificate to worry about.

A day before training
Me and Joel boarded the bus at 1pm

Yes, I mean 1pm SHARP

We were on the bus, chatting for about half an hour, then we dozed off

Nothing really special happened in the bus actually =.=

Reached KL at 5.40pm

Both of us were left "stranded" as the officer had to face the heavy traffic in KL

Oh well

We might have to wait "awhile"

Which takes about... 1 hour 40 minutes?

Finally, Jonathan sir arrived

After that

Of course, its already 7.40pm

We haven't actually had our dinner

Therefore Jonathan sir brought us to buy MCD and I bought 2 sets of meal which cost RM6 each ^m^

He offered to buy our meals with his money

But with NCO attitude (ahem!)

We rejected his offer and bought our meals ourselves

After we arrived at KL Wesley Church

We had ourselves settled down and were brought to our rooms by an officer

I didn't know that he's a Lieutenant until the very last day =.="

After a few chit chat sessions with the officer and polishing our uniform parts

We dozed off in an air-con room

And...

During the midnight

Joel and I woke up several times by the freezing air-con

Can't sleep properly =.=

Day 1
Woke up shivering

Can't wait for the good old Sun to greet us

I need a heater!! =.=

We got ourselves ready

And went to the school (Forgot the name d) for ANTS

Once we reached

There were only 48 participants in this camp

I was in EET05-08 while Joel was in EET06-09

I guess its time to introduce my squad without their photos (sorry)

Everyone must be shocked to see why are there 2 Penangites over there in their camp

We reached that place and fall in by squad

The basic thing ever you would thought of when you fall in was...

1st : Tuck in your shirt
2nd: Take off your watch

A representative from the 48 participants, who is a Sergeant, came out and gave punishment to those who did not follow the rules above

To my surprise

Almost 3 quarter of the 48 participants went down for 10 push-ups

While me and Joel proudly stood still as we were trained for these

The sergeant actually pumped the Staff Sergeant 20times !!

Its a mistake and I feel...Uncomfortable

After that

We went to prepare ourselves for the first game ever, which is the chair game

There were 88 chairs and 48 participants

We were supposed to move all these chairs to another spot which was about 20m away from our usual one as fast as we can

The first try, we managed to clock a 3 min 27 seconds record

That was, without planning

Second try

We clocked a horrifying 5 minutes 56 seconds

Which, the reason was because an officer actually put an extra chair while we were discussing our plan =.=

After the third try, fourth try...They still can't get the main point of the game

As Mr Loh Pau Joo kept stressing out

"Don't keep all your ideas to yourselves, I'll tell you a story. Do you all know a lift that was created outside of a building? Usually a lift is inside the building right? Who actually proposed the idea of building a lift outside of a building? It was an aunty whose job was mopping a floor."

I was impressed by this story

And, with God's blessings, I had a sudden courage to walk to the front of everyone and told them

"Listen up guys. I have a better plan. Since there are 88 chairs and 48 people right? Why don't we assign everyone to pick up 2 chairs each, and in the end there will be left for 4 people. Those four will be the markers, standing at every corner of the place we put the chairs, and once we've followed the markers, we just put our chairs down and sit quietly!"

Everyone agreed and decided to give it a try.

From every record of 3 mins or 2mins...

My plan actually broke those into shattering pieces

With a clocking time of 50 seconds!!!

Wow, kinda proud of maself~ xD

But no one congratulated me =.=

Even Mr. Loh Pau Joo forgot who proposed this idea =.=""""

After a few discussions, they kept improving my idea and look into the flaws made by us

In the end we had a stunnning 30 seconds for moving a total number of 88 chairs to a distance of 20m away with 48 people

Well, after this tiring game

Which was played under the hot sun

We went to have lunch

We actually had to delay almost half an hour in front of our plate of food

Listening to the officers lecture for the lack of distribution of lunch to everyone

Therefore we were punished with 1 lot (1lot = 50 star jumps)

We were not hygienic enough as some of us forgot to wash hands before lunch

Another 1 lot

Besides, one of us was caught walking on the parade groud instead of marching

Another 1 lot

Furthermore, we were also punished for whispering while the officers were lecturing

Another 1 lot

Therefore, just for lunch, we had a total of 200 star jumps we owed to the officers =.=

After singing table grace

We had our lunch and went to the Opening Ceremony of KL ANTS

We were actually standing under the hot sun for an hour

Just to wait for the VIPs to arrive

After the ceremony

We went to our classes for our first lesson

I'm not going to list out every thing that was taught here =.=

Its gonna take about... 2 hours to write? Hehex..

But I know that..You can solve a problem with SMART-A

S-Specific
M-Measurable
A-Achievable
R-Relevant
T-Timetabled
A-Agreed

During the class

We also shared that we should share every problem faced by your friends or your family members

One of my squad joked that

What if a man would to tell a pregnant woman

"Oh no I understand your pain Ma'am, I had that experience before, I pity you and I'm ready to console you whenever you need to share your pain."

Lol, we laughed until the next class' teacher came and see what's going on

After the class

Its a boring day actually

We had our dinner...Then after that courses again...

Then we had to pay our debts of star jumps

Which, we promise to delay the amount until the second day's night to clear them all

And so, we dozed off..And finished our first day of training

Last Saturday (22/08/2009)

My team, the group that haunts the others even before the match

Who's Your Daddy

Went to school for the football competition

We're out of luck anyway

We're in the same group with 2 school teams and 1 veteran team

The group consists of 4 teams

They are...

D10 = School team
Who's Your Daddy
Ke Ai Jia Zhu(Chinese) = School team
Jiaosea

My team is skilled at teamwork

They played passing and we promised to force a draw against Ke Ai Jia Zhu

As, we heard, they are too strong to be defeated

Therefore as the first match goes

We play against Ke Ai Jia Zhu

The field was fully soaked with water

Whenever we made a pass

When the ball rolls into the pool of water

It stops there

And we lost the possession

We kept on defending

But in the end we failed to draw

And we stumbled to a 6-0 embarrassing defeat

They were far too strong

I was freezing on the field and couldn't move much

After 20 minutes pass

We went off the field and did not talk anything

We played it fair

Second match

We faced another school team (cursing my luck)

As the field had already partially dried up

We are giving no more face

Jiaosea players all support us

Because they said if we lost to them

Jiaosea will have no hope to move on to quarters

The atmosphere was amazing

Jiaosea supporters were rocking

It gave us the "Omph!" to continue and tried to finish D10 off

After 2 minutes

Pei Jie scored the first brace

FIRST BLOOD

Unfortunately

One of the players were acting as though he was injured

Therefore the goal was cancelled

We kept our mouth shut and continued to play the game

Can you believe it?

The player who was injured stood up and he can RUN right away

Before this he was moaning over his leg

What a sore loser

After another 1 minute after the injury

Pei Jie scored again!!

That goal shut D10 up

And our supporters were screaming out in delight

They sure are crazy lol

D10 played on right wing

Which, the wing was guarded by me

Unfortunately they chose the wrong wing to attack

Because they couldn't even pass my lane

Hahax (Lansi)

Once I got the ball

I hold the ball

Making not another second thought

Cleared the ball away

Zhuan Khai immediately got the ball

After a one-two pass with Hew Soon

Zhuan Khai scored another goal to add on the pressure to D10!!!

The D10 players were cursing to each other

Seems like they were unhappy with the referee

I'm not sure what happened also

In the dying minutes

With 2 minutes left

When D10's playmaker, Wei Ming, attacked on my wing

He unleashed a right-footed shot

Which hit me and went out for a corner

As he took a corner

He crossed over into the penalty box and their player headed into the goal to make it 2-1!!

They were so determined to force a draw

With 2 minutes left

We substituted all defenders in and in the end

We won the match

That's 3 points for us

We were so happy

Thinking that the last match we just need another draw or win to move on into quarters

But

But....

Our main defender

Yangkai

Was injured in the second match

And I was elbowed in the stomach by D10's player too

Which had me almost vomitted on the field

I can't move much

My mouth drips out 3 drops of pale yellowish liquid

And I was substituted right away

In the end for my team

We lost 1-0

Sadly

We couldn't move into the quarters as we lost on goal difference to D10

Even though we couldn't make it

I am still proud with my teammates

Why?? You'd ask

Because... They showed their fighting spirit even though we were down by one goal

As they would say...

Never say NO

I smiled, as well as happy

Because we are forever a team which plays on teamwork

21/8/2009 Exam's Over, Celebration with a Football Friendly Win

After exam's final subject of this term, Modern Maths, over....

WEEEEE

Exam is over!!

Then, its football training time for Who's Your Daddy teammates

We went on and played awhile with Pei Jie's football

Then we had a friendly with Tenaga Nasional team

It was drizzling in the beginning

But

With a solid performance from out midfielders and defenders

Even though our main keeper could not make it today

But we made an outstanding show against them

Our possession was about like 70:30

We kept possessing the ball

And had the keeper and the defenders yawning back there

With great teamwork from Zhuan Khai, Stanley and Hew Soon,

With a goal-scoring touch from Hew Soon to make it 1-0 lead for us,

The rain started to get heavy and,

UNFORTUNATELY

We wanted to continue the game but

They can't endure the defeat and

They ended the game.

Tsk Tsk.

Oh well

Gotta end here now

Just pray hard for tomorrow's competition

Which is, the 3 days after this post.

I'm kinda worn out after a few hours of studying streak

Now I know how enjoyable it is even when you are playing lame games (etc. Pokemon)

Exam is just around the corner

Which is on 17th August

And,

There's a BB activity,

Which is just this Saturday, 8th August

Earlier in this year's recruitment,

We told members that

"We BB won't have activities 2 weeks before the exam."

And the members or the parents were like, pleased to hear that

But now

"There will be a weekly meeting this Saturday, 8/8/2009"

Erm...I'm not sure whether WHAT we are doing

"We will try to improve BB" Stanley said after the AGM

So? What's going on now?

Hello? Is going against your words trying to improve BB?

Please la...Think about the other members

What's the point of having few members to come to the activity?

While IF their results drop, the parents will nag nag nag?

And less members will attend?

Its not because I'm lazy or anything,

I wish to master martial arts

And beat the fella who hacked into my account

This may and might be the last post until my exam's over

Today is the ball games day for BB activity

UNFORTUNATELY

I've got Volleyball Club's AGM clashed with it

Therefore

Knowing a small club's AGM will just take about quite a short time

I attend the AGM first instead of BB

See I'm so good

Even though time does not allow

But my heart still belongs to BB

WHY???

Because

TODAY IS THE DAY I PLAY MY FIRST FOOTBALL SINCE MAY!!!

YoooHoo~~

Taking no chances

After a few sets of game in Captain Ball aka my favourite teamwork type game

I went straight to the field for

Football!!!

I teamed up with... Zhi Hong's team

My shadow partner

Kai Jiun

Both of us are counted as...Helpers

And we VS against another 3 helpers

First and foremost

Introducing CLHS BB's Chairman

Stanley Poh

And our vice-chairman

Ooi Jen Juang

Plus our "dim-witted" Care&Counsel Unit

Tan Khoon Yen

And so we started off

I was superbly on top form today

After a few months of rest for my frozen legs

I "skillfully" (xD) dribbled past a few small fries on my favourite position

Which is

Right Wing

And

Left Wing

My team had a good pace at first

After a few nice passing by me and Jiun

We attack frequently and had the opposing keeper praying hard for not going harsh on him

The best moment

The first on target shot

The first glimpse of hope

The first ever goal scoring chance after a few months

Was wasted!!!

After a corner was timidly cleared by an opposing defender

I came sprinting as fast as a cheetah from left wing

Halt to take control of my pace

Took a glance at the goal post

Took a nice aiming position at the ball

Unleashed a powerful right-footed shot towards to goal post

I still had the keeper down on his both knees

His eyes can only look helplessly at the ball...

Which was going towards the goal... And...

The ball...

Hit Stanley!!

Almost!!

If not for him

I'll be running off celebrating for breaking the deadlock

BUT!!

ARGH!!!!!

But I really admire their teamwork spirit

Yesterday was....Friday

Actually

Friday is a day where all periods are available for you to sleep

Except for Add Maths and Modern Maths

In which, is one of our Discipline teacher who'll be teaching us

Therefore

I just simply walk here and there for the first four periods

Since mostly the teachers also hope that they'll have a nice rest in the morning

Is it because of the bad boys in class keep disturbing them???
Bad boys?

No. It's because the teachers were really tired.

In the blink of an eye

Yeah!! Recess time!!

During recess time

Somehow

One bowl of mee couldn't fill up my growling stomach completely

And so

Due to Add Maths period after this

I quickly grab something to munch on and walked out of the canteen

BUT

The female prefects saw me taking food out of the canteen

Which is RESTRICTED

They saw me

But I think they were too shy to stop me

XD

I just walked out naturally

Ignoring their "glances"

And back to my class

Well

Today is one of my class' group presentation for 9.1 Differentiation

Presented by Lim Zhuan Khai, Stanley Poh and Zi Hao

My team and I were soooooooo nervous

Because we are the next group who's going to present next week or so

And we haven't prepare one damn shit

He's Tan Kai Jiun who is also nicknamed as my "Shadow Partner" for the best teamwork we had ^^

And here comes our big boss- Cornelius Oon who is our leader for this presentation.

The 3 of us are BB members

Therefore I believe we have a solid teamwork!!

BUT!!

We haven't split out our work to do yet

Therefore

There'll be 3 tasks for us to choose

One is Slide- By typing out the information to be presented to the class
Another one is Graph- Graph to be drawn to show to the entire class
And last but not least, Talk- In short, the person who presents

I've always wanted to talk

Because I prefer to crap all things around

And so we were elected to our "job" by playing a game

First we tear out 3 small pieces of paper

On each paper we write out Slide, Talk and Graph

After mixing it, we immediately tried our luck and took one piece of paper

I put Talk in first priority, Graph in second and Slide the last.

BUT

Somehow my luck sucks

And I got Slide.

I thought of an excuse to restart the game

And I said," Not counted. We must have someone to mess up the pieces for us, not ourselves."

Both of them agreed then. Therefore we remake.

This time we asked our cute cute friend H'ng Kee Khai to mix up the pieces for us.

After he mixed up, we took our turns to choose the pieces again

As I cursed my luck

I chose the bloody and blasted piece of SLIDE again

I couldn't accept the truth.

Therefore I came up with an excuse again

"Not counted again. We must change to new pieces of paper after every one game."

They went speechless

But finally they agreed

And they said "LAST TIME"

I agreed then.

This time, we had our pieces prepared personally by Khaw Ju Leong

This time

I bit onto my lip

And..Slowly...Chose one piece of paper

When I open it

I was shocked

Why shocked???

Because...

I chose...

Slide again.

I'm certainly not riding on my luck today

I mean

3 times also SLIDE??? Besides, its the work that I hated the most!

ARGH~!

Anyways

With a gentleman attitude of mine (Ahem! Don't laugh)

I simply just ignored it and slept in the class

Until...the final bell rings

As stated

Today is the Annual General Meeting of BB NCO Council

We're supposed to reach HQ by 2.30pm
BUT

I was late for 15seconds

SECONDS!!!

And then S.Sergeant JX Chang asked me

"In your opinion
You're an NCO
And you're late
How many push-ups do you expect me to give you?"

I thought awhile
And I take it as 1second=1 push-up

Therefore
I made 15 push-ups
Easy as a cake though

UNIFORM CHECKING SESSION
I was in Squad A
And was punished for long nail, long hair and dirty cap

Fine then
Received another 15 push-ups from S.Sergeant CCLim
Easy as a piece of cake
Didn't even break a sweat =x

After that
Ah Lee Sir came and told me to move on to Squad C
And he uniform checked me again

Even though I told him I was checked before

He replied in an uncomfortable way, as if was faking out an expression
"You're in Squad C now, you're supposed to be checked by me, not S.Sergeant CCLim."

Fine with me
Even though I wasn't in the wrong
Because they did not notify me which squad I'm supposed to be in
But as a gentleman (AHEM! Don't laugh)
I just smiled and took his 20 push-ups openly

I answered him, still don't quite get the motive of him asking this silly question though.

He broke into a crazy laughter
I stood at my own place, still confused
He told the whole gang
"Timothy changed his uniform in front of a CCTV!!"

Some of my friends said

I always got emotional easily

And this gives them a bad image on me

I hope I can change it

Because F-R-I-E-N-D-S do really mean important to me

There's a saying "A friend in need is a friend indeed"

We were once champions

Who stumbled to defeat for four years

And were feeling down...Until one special day

After realizing our mistake for being too ego

We've stood up

Faced the challenge

And...

We finally retained our crown

"What crown" you'd ask?

Our title of Marching Competition

In whole Penang

We've finally RETRIEVED IT!!!!

Once upon a champion doesn't make you a winner forever, that's what we've learnt.

We're a team with hopes of bringing anything down who stands in our way to glory

Tears and joy proves it all, we're glad to be champs once again.

All thanks credited to Him, because if its not for His blessings

We might end up being a loser once again.

After a few investigations in our mistakes

I still can't find out WHY we lost to private team

I found out there are two members whose hoversack went off during drill

Haven't I told them to wear a pin if they're afraid of hoversack problem?

So that we can realize our mistakes and change them

They were so happy

We lost to a fully private squad
Is that something that we should be proud of?

Being the 4th in 11 teams is quite acceptable

But what irritates me is that

We lost to a full private squad.

He plans all for us
Whatever He had done He has a reason to do so

Therefore
Look at a brighter side

First of all introducing my last year's group members

Who loves to fool around with each other. We are like a family

No matter what problem we face we're together. Saw me? ^^

Once we found solution, we worked as a team and solved every problem

Searching something on a Bible is everyone's duty and not one.

Understanding a story on a Bible is easy for me ^^ But I did teach the others how the story flows

Having lunch together like a family

Even when my best friend Yong Xiang leaving for Singapore? We are together, shed our tears together and share our laughter together.

My hamstring injury still haunts me
I can't hentak with my left leg today

All the credits goes to STU for all these injuries xD

After drill
Me and Kai Jiun went HQ for Youth Camp training
Actually Ah Lee Sir promised to fetch us there
But

Careless Kum Heng Sir left his iPhone cover at the basketball court
Therefore
He had to turn way back round to get only his cover
And
The intelligent us (Me and Jiun)
Immediately requested to take a ride to HQ since he's also going to the same destination
In the end
We set off for His presence...

When we reached
KONONNYA training
Train what???

She told us the 3 simple steps to spread the gospel of Lord

1st. Fellowship
By having a close relationship between us and the others
We may understand their problems faced by them and tried to solve with them
A friend in need is a friend indeed right? ^^

2nd. The introduction to the Lord
Introducing the Lord to them is the best way for them to be curious and maybe seek their way through themselves and find the solution right?

3rd. The accept of Christ in someone's life
We are all Christians
And Christians are given an important task to do
That is
To spread the gospel of the Lord
And to make an impact in as many as possible souls to accept His existence

After that
Me, Corni and Jiun with Zhuan Khai went to have lunch
After lunch
We went back to play a game of Believing

First
We must form a bridge of arms by holding one another's hand
Then a person stood up high who had his back on us
And free fall onto our arms

At first is Sophia's turn to free fall
She arh...Aikx...Landed butt-first.
That hurts you know?? T~T

Next is Xiao Kai
He is the best free faller
When he falls
He landed whole body straightly and did not bend
Perfect landing

Next is Corni's turn
A 75kg+ fella is about to land!!
But
We placed faith onto him
Believed that he'll trust us
But
It turns out that
We were wrong

OK
Here comes the hilarious part
When he stood up high
He asked us

"Are you ready?"

"Oh sure we are." We replied
And we tightened our grip
Waited for him to fall...And..

"Oh no I don't dare."

We let off a sigh of relieft
And gave him a few encouraging words

When I reached the store
Jiun gave me one buck
And I bought 3packets
Each 1buck
I used the 5 ringgit note and paid for the 3packets
And the uncle returned me 2bucks right?
OK
Before I buy
My wallet has 3bucks
After I buy one for myself
Left 2bucks right?

The problem is
When I reached HQ
My wallet...Left...
1buck

o.O?????
Weird!!
I'm sure the uncle paid me the right amount of money
I'm sure my pocket doesn't has a hole
But
1buck loss???

This stuns me
I thought awhile
Then it might be the act of Devil
Therefore
I ignored it xD

I watched the Drill test with Jiun
Some of them did quite well ( For example ZK)
Some of them did quite bad (Not giving example here)
And the one who did badly
Last year in ATC he boasted that his drill is superb

He got the most mistakes

After completing our last training with a last huge sigh of relief
And after the sharing of STU amongst the 10 of us
I IMMEDIATELY
Bathed

^^
Even though after STU we are officially ARTC camp assistant
And Ah Lee Sir gave us a DRILL team shirt to wear on
Kinda cool eh the design on the shirt
Will snap the photo for you to see soon ^^
He wanted us to go to Teluk Bahang in 30minutes time after bath

But..
I took my own sweet time
After bathing
I asked the F&B fellas to supply me some leftover lunch
My gosh...
Can say it is my best meal ever
Even though they gave me alot of rice and vegetable+soup
And when Wei Lun handed me the bowl of rice
I feel that I can eat a horse

I gobbled...EVERYTHING
Until...The other F&B looked at me with their mouths hanged widely
=))

When I reached Teluk Bahang
Is already pass 30minutes
I think pass almost 1hour d xD

That time the ARTC members were having Drill Competition
I went there to assist in the Personal Drill

The story is not hilarious
It is based on how they acted on the scene

First
Ah De Sir requested Eric, Da Jian, Xiao Kai and to be the chair
By making out a chair
They just squat down and head facing downwards
Just like how Malays bersembahyang
By placing their head softly onto the floor right?

Then Kang Shen is used as a table
Due to his large size
He fits just right for his role
^^

Then Adrian and Xiao Jian are the trees
OK!
Here goes the story...

On one windy night
A loving couple went to a park and decided to have a drink to rest awhile
BUT
Somehow the clumsy waiter
While he served the drinks onto the table
He accidentally SPILLED the drinks onto the table (Kang Shen)
He repeatedly apologized to the couple
And the waiter served again
And this time
AGAIN HE SPILLED THE WATER ONTO THE TABLE
Hahax
Pity Kang Shen
Then
The couple were so mad
And the waiter said they promised not to make the same mistake again
Okay

For the third time
The waiter
Was
SOOO
Careful
And he served the drinks onto the table nicely
BUT
This time
The clumsy couple ACCIDENTALLY spilled the water onto the table
xD

The couple were so mad then
And the woman blamed it all on her fiancee
And she stormed off the garden
And so
Here comes the two robbers armed with parangs

The first robber wanted to pee
And he asked his partner to rob the couple
Then he went under a tree
And
He peed onto Eric's face (By using a TEKO filled with water)
Eric was like...He wanted to shift away
But he can't
So he had to endure the spilling of water until all of the water from the TEKO was spilled onto him
xD

The story ends
Maybe you thinks that it is boring
But in face when you watched them acting
It indeed IS very, very, funny.

And that night
We played War Game with the members
Liu Bei, Cao Cao and Sun Quan forces were battling each other
I was too tired, so I slept when they were playing
but the least I knew was that
At first
Liu Bei and Sun Quan joined forces to take down Cao Cao
And after Cao Cao is down
Sun Quan managed to demolish Liu Bei forces
Hehe

That night
I slept on the dirty stage
=.=
Can imagine that a helper sleep on a stage filled with sand??
Haha
But I don't care
Because I was too tired to make a decision
Therefore I dozed off immediately

After the 15km walk
We went back to Hutan Lipur
At...1am

Now
They wanna play a game with us again =.=
"You guys wanna sleep?" Chia Choon Sir asked

"Of course" we were so darn sleepy...

"Then let's play Hide and Seek, to decide where you should sleep."

I was arranged in partner with Kang Shen
And...
He was so damn stubborn to listen to me
And if its not for me
Trust me
He'll end up sleeping in the woods

First
We went to hide first
And
I told him sooooooooooo many times
His idea to hide under the van's driver seat is too easy for the others to find out
He acted pro
Acted smart
Fine
In the end
In not less than 1minute
He was found by the other teammates

Next
Thing Shern and Adrian went into hiding
I told him to check every place underneath the car
In case anyone can hide there right?

He "acted" pro again
By scowling at me and said
"Impossible de la, you don't so stupid la, no people will hide there de la."
Fine
I somehow "trusted" him by teamwork
In the end
The two of them DID hide underneath the car

I shot back at him
"So who's the one stupid now?"
Left him speechless
I don't care

The next pair I decided to go solo
Ignoring him is the best idea
If I were to trust myself more
If he were to trust me more
We will score 2points easily.

In the end
When searching for Loh Bak Sir and others
I was searching the riverside

AND
He "acted" pro again
Said
"No officer so stupid will hide there de la"
I coolly ignored him
AHA
Found Loh Bak sir there

I shot Kang Shen a cold glance
And walked away

Not to say I don't have teamwork
I already tried to trust him so much
But his attitude really heat up my anger

In the end we were the last
And he said "You la, if you were to listen to me more"

NAH!!!
I really dislike him from there then
Lucky for us
We got to sleep in a pondok with shed
Once I settled myself everything
I slept straight away...

Day 3

We woke up
And went to SMK Teluk Bahang for some courses
I was...Stimming all the way there

But I just sat there and watch them

I got to play twice ^^
Because when its not my turn
The others had went to fill up their bottle

One top corner
The others all missed T~T
But mostly almost hit on the target lerhh~~~
I apply the Principe of Consistency lo

After that we walked back to Teluk Bahang again
And
Cooked our lunch
Somehow JX and Loh Bak sir disliked the way we cooked

Here comes the last part of

Just back from the so-called Special Training Unit

Hmhm
I admit this camp really pushed me to the limit
So
I'm going to share what happened to me

Day 1
Energy: 100%
I was called up at the dying minutes by Sgt CCLim to assist Daniel in CLHS
Therefore me, Adrian and Jiun are allowed to be a little bit late for STU
^^
How lucky we were
Once I've reached
They have been doing Commando Rest for...Dono how long d
xD

After that
An Soon Sir checked my luggage...
And...
He said my luggage must not be over 8kg...
But...
But......
But.........
My bag is just right on 8kg
So.........
I'm safe
=))

After that
We set on our way to Pantai Kerachut

The direction to Pantai Kerachut

The water I drink on the way, because I'm too thirsty

Once we reached
We were given 2 tasks

One is to cook our own lunch
One is to build our own sandcastle
The sandcastle we made is not like the major ones
And if you wanna know why we build
It is based on a story
Long story
And lame =.=

We finished those two tasks at approximately 3pm
But we were given till 6pm
So
We...
were aware of the trap set by the trainer
Why give so much time?
Why give us so much freedom?
We thought and thought...
And..
Slept.

After woke up
We were given a short brief on our next training

Can say this is the easiest part

We must Frog-Jump towards the boat located near the seaside

I guess it is around 150m

I was behind at the starting
But
Near the end
I was placed at no.4 out of 10

I gave myself a so-called oomph!
Because...
Whenever I go hyper...
I'll discover more strength in myself
And pushed myself to the limit

I shouted loudly with no embarrassment
"Let's give it 10!! (Meaning frog jump 10 times)
1, 2, 3, GO!"
And so
Believe it or not
I managed to finish the 75m frog jump in just...7-8minutes
In the end

A torchlight, my water bottle and whistle in my mouth
In the end I managed to chase the dog away
But no matter how i blew my whistle
No one came to assist me

Day 2

I woke up
With a torchlight in my hand
And water bottle just beside me
I looked up
And saw the 2 GENERALS- Chia Choon sir and Sgt Chang Jia Xiong
With other teammates behind them
I packed slowly
And continued our journey back to Hutan Lipur
ONCE WE REACHED
Oh...My...God...
Another Commando Race V2 awaits us
But this is easy
But remember my energy is left only 30%

We carried our luggage
Crossed the river
And when we got up
We had to Duck-Walk up the slant-hill till we reach a checkpoint
Then
We were supposed to
Sit Up 20 times
Commando Rest 1minute
Easy tasks right?
But please do remember your condition
=)

Then we got ourselves ready for the Search and Rescue mission
Adrian and Stanley were the casualties for this programme
They were left injured up in the hill
Therefore we had to search for them
=)

In this event...
I went emo again..
Because

The whole morning
We had just a piece of bread and a cup of Vico
They they expected us to carry a 65kg Stanley down to slope
My gosh...Please la...Hungry till really no energy d
Then I practically gave up and said wanna quit
Boo Keat Sir came up and...Er... Scolded me?
Haha
I don't mind, really, this time
Because I knew I was in the wrong
Although I was cold at him
Even though when he was scolding
Even though I knew he was talking bout me
But I refused to look at him

In the end
After enough scolding
I went hyper again
And brought up my final strength
Bring that Stanley down
Man...Stan...You owe me a favour man.

Finally Lunch time!
I was stimming at the moment...
Because I was tooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Then while the others were chit chatting
I was...sitting silently...Chewing on my food

We were given a task to complete

I skillfully outplayed everyone in a 3v3 game

I eventually owned the whole AR (All random) game
I randomed Centaur Warchief

And know what???
The opposing team who used a Broodmother
kept on feeding me

I got my wicked sick streak for killing him 6 times xD
At 15 minutes
I've already got (Ahem!)
2 vanguards, one battlefury, one power tread and farming out Heart's recipe as I've got Reaver and Vitality Booster.

OWNED!!

Finally I got my Double kill streak and went GODLIKE!!!
But unfortunately

They besyok me d then come gang bang me

Today is the day
I polished my belt
Hoversack
And..My badges

What for???
Today is the interview for Corporal...

I wore on my Day Dress
Smartly + Good-looking
Too bad no camera xD jkjk

And so I heat on my pace
Race against time to reach HQ by 3pm
But when I reach there I still have plenty of time
After uniform checking
I was punished 30 push-ups for some uniform mistakes
And so...I went into the office

INTERVIEW TIME
Firstly
I greeted Ah De sir by saluting him
And I sat down

It's more like a chatting session to me
Even though Ah sir DID ask bout my badges and asked me to get more

But it doesn't mean I successfully managed to be a Corporal la

Today is my school's annual Sports Day too

I participated in the march past
Got the second placing!!

We've just trained twice
And we won second

I've also participated in the 4x100m and 4x400 plus long jump and triple jump
But somehow

And brainwashed the team captain to place me on the bench

Activity day dude
My very first activity as an NCO

I reached CLHS with Adrian
And briefed the leaders on what they are supposed to do
Gave them 30push ups for being late
( Not because I wanna show off my power!! Adrian Eu asked me to!!)

Then later is Physical Training
Quite fun...Because I get to play with members xD
As a PIC
I practically ran the whole CLHS 2 rounds with Kai Jiun

First round I ran with a squad of members
Second round is Pei Jie dragged me into leading the whole team

The worst discipline is the second team
I became emo...and scolded them like dogs
xD
Even Kai Jiun and Pei Jie looked at me helplessly
Lol...

This competition is meant only for Woman above age of 30

Head of Judge: Timothy Ting

And now, the rules and regulations of this competition is very simple

The competitor will go up onto the stage

Thinking back to my past
It was Christ who brought me too a safer future
I almost quit everything
But only one dream that woke me up
If not for Him
I'll be nothing more then I am valued for...

June 2008
I failed to be promoted to Lance Corporal
I gave up without second thought
But when I pray for more courage from Him
I decided to continue my faith in BB

August 2008
I failed once again to be promoted to Lance Corporal
Twice I've been snubbed
I was thinking...
Maybe Christ is not true after all
Then eventually I stopped praying and decided to just believe in myself
I decided to quit BB in the year 2009 and stand on myself
I've decided...that

September 2008
At the end of this month is the day I've trust and respect for myself
I've studied for PMR and I've finished all study subjects
Therefore I ignore Christ and did not pray
Why should I pray when I don't get any credit??

October 2008
At the very early of this month
I had a dream...
He came into my dream
And told me to be strong in faith towards Christ
I was superb sleepy that time
I was in my room, on the bed
But it was a dream
A dream
Then I ignored Him and told him to get out of my dream
But He continued
Saying that just a small matter and I've got off frustrated
I kept silent.
He told me to continue my faith in BB for next year
Saying that I might find out something special that will happen in 2009
I kept silent again
And felt very sleepy...
Dozed off.
The next morning I woke up
I shared this with YXLim and others
Weird dream...
To find out the truth
I went on to be active in BB and went for LifeGame.

Just wanting me to walk the correct way of path in Life

When he told me I'm going to get promoted

But my reaction is...
I'm not interested.
How come??
Last year I was frustrated of not being promoted
Now I'm not even giving the chance a hit?
I don't know...
I need more time to search for the answer.

Cross Country 27/2/2009

The day of my fitness test has arrived
I've not worked out my stamina and speed for such a long time
Therefore today is the day I try to prove myself

Running for you~~~

I wore on my sports shorts
And my PJK T-Shirt
Plus my sports shoes
And pinned on my number which is 2581
Once I'm done with my breakfast
My dad fetched me to Youth Park

Once I've reached there
Kai Jiun greeted me with a smile on his face as usual
Too bad he doesn't have a camera
Or I'll show you the picture of both of us aka Lengzai~ xD

Okok
Jokes session over
After warming up myself
We just got ourselves started
"BANG!"
And I got myself started running

Running...running...
What is special in me is my ability to sprint and good stamina as well
At the start everyone was quite good
But short distance proved nothing
As time passed
I can see some slowed down and I ran pass them
I can even run pass CCLim( My BB President )
But I also know he's not running for sure la
He's just entertaining his gang of friends =))
I like him in person xD

I sweat alot sia
But quite proud that my stamina is still great!
I got 84 in the end
84 out of 1000+
Hrmm...
Ok that satisfies me ^^
Then I drank up 2 tins of Revive and 100Plus

After I came back from running
I can see Jie En gasping for air
I thought he was tired
Mana tau I go walk the park one round come back
He was down on the floor with some guys helping him
Eventually he fainted =x
But he got 17th!!
Not bad...I wonder how they run
I run almost 70% and 30% I walked
I never stopped to rest
o.O Wondering how they run eh? xD

Because I'm in the top 200
I'll be participating in the Penang Hill Hike on the 18th of April
So there will be another nice post ^^

Woke up at 5.30am
After stim stim awhile
I drag the time till 7am
Lolx how lazy me =P

BB activity really getting worse from time to time
I'm not surprised when some members cursed us in the evaluation form
By the way I'm the CARE & COUNSEL unit in BB
Which is also called C&C
After one hour of marching
My job at BB is done
Therefore I just walked around lazily =))

FOOTBALL FEVER AT 12.00 NOON
Man you would think I'm crazy
To play football under the hot sun?
Yes, indeed ^^

Man I'm so into football xD
Even though I forgot to bring my sports shoes
Nothing can prevent me from playing!!

It's Saturday and we still have to be present for school =.=

But I didn't regret for attending school today.

First half period are sleeping periods.
I slept and chit-chat with friends ( So what?)
Feel so sleepy...
But after rest time
Fun time ~~ ^^

We were doing the Napthalene experiment
Burning and playing with fire
The process was well
But after my group's experiment is done
I go zho siao
Take a wooden caliper
And take 1 matchstick
Clip the matchstick onto it
And light it on top of the bunsen burner
A huge flame
Quite enjoyable

Next
With our eager-to-know-more heart ( xD)
We took two matchsticks this time
And lit them on top of the bunsen burner
OMG
What a big fire!!
Cool man
Then we look at the matchbox
Left 4 matchsticks
Hehe...
With out evil heart
We eventually tried to take those four to put on top of the bunsen burner
But was stopped by our Chemistry teacher
LOL Mr Ong Chin Hwa is sure a cute and funny teacher

We lighted up those four matchsticks

Whole new subjects came in and my IT class had to go

Many friends had to study elsewhere(Yong Xiang, Wei Lian, Eu June, Pee Li...)
Sad (Sob)
But what entertains me is the Sound Machine in my class 4SA2

Very Shocking......

This is a real story of a young college girl who passed away last month in Penang .
Her name was Ai Ling.
She was hit by a truck.She was working in a call center.
She had a boy friend named Tony.
Both of them were true lovers.

They always talked on the phone.
She used to be never found without her handphone.
In fact she also changed her network from Maxis to Digi, so that both of them can be on the same network, and save on the cost.
Even when Tony left overseas to finish his masters, they constantly kept in touch.
She used to spend half of the day talking with Tony.
Ai Ling's family knew about their relationship..
Tony was very close to Ai Ling's family as well. (Justimagine their love) .

Before she passed away she always told her friends
'If I pass away please burn me with my handphone'
she also said the same thing to her parents.
After her death, people cudnt carry her body,
A lot of them tried to do so, but still cant
Everybody that had tried to carry the body, the results were the same.

Eventually, one of Ai Ling's friends, thought of something important.
' Doesnt she said that she wanna be buried with her phone??'

They then opened the grave box and place her phone and sim card inside the casket.
After that they tried to carry the body.
It was then moved easily and they then carried her into the van.
All of them were shocked.

Ai Ling's parents did not inform Tony that Ai Ling had passed away as they're waiting for him to come home after his graduation..
After 2 weeks Tony returned and called Ai Ling's mom........
Tony:....'Aunty, I'm coming home today. Cook something nice for me. Don't tell Ai Ling that I'm coming home today, I wanna surprise her.'
Her mother replied...... 'come home first, I wanna tell you something very important.'

After he came, they told him the truth about Ai Ling.
Tony thinks that they were playing a fool.
He was laughing and said

That's what I always answer when my mum asked me bout my PMR results

No frets. Will be alright
Will I?

Sometimes I just kept asking myself.
Why do I have so much confidence in myself.
Even when the papers said the results coming out on 24th
I will still remain the same emotion
Whereas my mum was like as if struck by lighting

Why so serious?
Really.
What to be afraid of?
Even if you knock yourself against the wall
Or run 100 kilometers around the Penang Island
You will still never change it.
Wanna know something?

No matter what happened
Even the day before the PMR or SPM results is out
I will stay calm
Because
I will never be afraid to face anything

I reached Stallion Apartment with a desired heart
Adrian's mum fetched me there
Feel like owing him a lot of favors

When we reached
There were quite a number of people there already
We had some nice fellowship with some members over there
Shared some cool experience about the past few years of Youth Camp
And after awhile
The committees asked us to claim our name tags
And I realized I was in Sophia's group
Which is Naphtali!!

I was so blessed
That I'm in such an active group
My group consists of 11members

And played our first game of the camp!
We played Fun!Fun!Fun!
And the game is about making some animals' noise
And form into groups
Very lame sia

We had Praise and Worship time

Later we shared some time with pastor
The best pastor I've ever seen
I didn't feel asleep at all!!

We ended at 11.00pm
And slept at 12.00am

The second day starts!
As usual
We had morning exercise

They actually taught us how to dance Hip Hop

Later we had our breakfast
And Praise And Worship
Everyday is the same thing
Nothing much to write about
But I really enjoyed the Praise And Worship
Very nice
^^

The second games of the camp
We almost won
But unfortunately we didn't
We were the second
Just missed a step to victory
It's a game which is based on B-I-B-L-E
Finding the verse in the Bible and fill in the blanks

We went through every barrier
Walk under the hot sun in our bare feet (Only me, Ui Shern and Zhuan Kai)
Took off our clothes and pumped total of 35
So what???
xD

The night is the same pastor who shared with us the night before
Another entertaining night
We actually had a farewell on Yong Xiang's departure to Singapore
I almost cried..

You've been my partner for 3 years..
Ever since we joined BB
We got together so well
Every problem we faced will never stop us
It's BB which attached us
It's God's blessings which giving us hopes
We always share about the God's grace after PMR
We never had a fight for 3years..
We were like brothers

The day I've waited for months!
Finally reached.
At 9.00am sharp I reached HQ
I will skip all my journey to the USM in Nibong Tebal

We were the host for this year's Life Game
There I have to serve the participants with food
Quite tiring but fun!
Nice fellowship with the boys and girls

Later before we start the game
We split ourselves into groups
I'm in West Rose Garden group.
After some ice-breaking session
The idea of the motto is created by me! xD
Quite nice
A sudden thought and God's blessings gave me this idea
Here goes...
Leader: "From the north to the south!"
Others: "From the north to the south!"

Leader: "From the east to the west!"
Others: " From the east to the west!"

Leader: " North South East West!"
Others: " North South East West!"

Leader: " West Rose Garden....!!"
Others: " Is the best!!"

I wanted to take my test for Driving License
But not enough money
Therefore the boss at Transport section pitied me
He gave me a job as a security guard
A Diploma level job
Ok lar...
Satisfied
xD So I took the job
And passed my driving license.
Work and work...
Earned a lot of money
Hehe...

Aged 26
Still no wife
Had to wait...
Found one girl very cute de
Want confess to marry her but paiseh xD

In the morning,
Chun Sean came to my house and waited for my mum to fetch us to gurney.
While waiting we played PS2 xD
Until bout 10.30am
We went to have an early breakfast
After that we went to gurney
And we were the earliest to reach
Then we went to the new gurney wing
And noticed that there were no line over there

Later Su Ann smsed me and told me that she had reached
So I went to MPH to meet her
She was with her and my friend as well, Pei Ying
Gosh...
Both of them grown alot
Don't dare to say out xP

Later we went to Redbox to meet the other girls
All the boys are late!!
xD
After Pei Er get her new number for her HP
We went to Seoul Garden and had our lunch
Later on a gang of boys came in
They are Zhenyu, Alex, Kay Yam and Lim Lim
We had a playful lunch.
xD We took too much food already.
Therefore me and Zhenyu poured the leftover meat into the frying pan
And keep frying them until the leftovers turned black
xD What a lucky escape!
We did not get charged!
xD

And so I saw Jxian, Shaun and Wan Lyn outside the Seoul Garden.
jXian is shorter than what I really expected.
But she is still so tall!!
Waved to her,
And continued eating.
Later we split up and walk around the gurney.

Later we went to MPH
There I tried my very best to talk to her but can't
T.T not enough courage.
So I waited for another chance.

We read some books in the MPH
And we left for Popular
There we met Jxian
Zhenyu and Alex started asking me why I bring her here...
I told them she came to gurney just to follow us
xD and the 2 of them start to besyok her already...

But Alex stayed cool
Hide his feelings and did not say a word.

I told her not to take Eugenia and intro to her friends
As it is not polite to disturb our gathering
But she purposely did so
She really testing my anger...

We tried to give out signal to jXian by keep leaving the cinema for bathroom

We went to bathroom twice before the movie starts
Then when the movie showed until halfway we went once again

After that we went out and went to Redbox for chatting session
The girls are so shy~~

Then when 6.30pm came...
I still can't talk to her yet...
So I smsed her asking her whether she had gone back or not

My parents came

Went to school as usual...
Nothing much to write about because it was very boring at school
then I went to the JUDO room and played some cards
The day just pass on like that...
My last day at school
So do Yong Xiang
Therefore I took the photo with him ( Not to be published here! I looked as if I'm crying >.<) Hahax... So until the afternoon The time has come! Athletic test!! Went to have lunch Then later reached the Stadium Bandaraya Pulau Pinang at 2.15pm Hehe... After having a 5-minute warm up we got ourselves ready for the big test Wooh0o!! Long Jump
We had a few tries of long jumps
I tried 3 times and all 3 failed
What to do?
Still have to take the test...
Lucky it was just practice
And so Adrian Lim tried first
He failed his first attempt
I went next..
I ran...

And ran...........
Using my right leg to hit the wooden plank
And pushed my whole body weight forward

I passed the basic line!

Fun as well
I went to school and play some sports
We had Frisbee as a warm up game
Then later we played football and I scored one!!

He tried to make a fake pass but I stole the ball from him

I went to 5SC4
Then I went to the basketball court and played basketball

Then later I played frisbee with my friends
A few little kids had interest in the game and joined us
We had a little warm up before start playing Monkey Frisbee

DAY 1- 8/11/2008
Woke up at six
polished my items
got ready at 7am!!
but my parents kept taking their own sweet time
loitering here and there
and in the end!!
I was late for 13minutes
I reached HQ at 8.13am
pumped 26times
the first time since Founder's Day
which was approximately 2months ago
After we got ourselves briefed
we put our luggage in the room
and we went down for first training-Drill

The very first time too
since founders
I lost my stamina
the very basic
I had to get myself worked up
then after drill
we went up to change into sportswear
And guess wat????
Sir asked us "Where you guys wanna go to eat?"
I was stunned
Completely
I mean
FIRST TIME
since 3 years
We had our decision to choose where to eat
Lols

Firstly
We had RM4 for each members to spend on lunch
Therefore we had to plan carefully what to eat
We had chicken Rice
AND
we were scammed
****
Imagine
An officer eating a plate of rice and chicken himself
He paid 3.20bucks
And the six of my buddies ate a sharing plate of chicken
Altogether RM30!!!
after we divide among ourselves
We ate RM5 per person!!
OMG
There goes our Rm1.80
wasted
But we really had our hard-learned lesson this time
We paid this money to learn that
Ask the price before you order

After lunch
We had some courses....
Very boring
After the course
Woohoo!!
It's game time!!

We played Captain ball first against Stanley
We were losing in the beginning
lost 8-1 I think
then Ah Tim sir joined my team...
and Boo Keat Sir joined my opponent's...
In order to add more firepower
I went down as a captain and lead the attack with Ah Tim sir
Nice
We attacked fluently
after a few lessons from Sunday's training with GBC
I learned the tricks in Captain Ball
With great teamwork from me and Ah Tim sir
And the opponents' marker never get close onto me and sir
Therefore we can counter attack whenever we like
Making fake passes is my ability
Then after I got everyone messed up
Made a pass to sir and strike
Yea...
We kept repeating the process
After we got our marks close
We pushed everyone up on the attack
Almost full time
We had our equaliser
nice man
So proud
But in the end
We lost 22-20
Even though we lost
At least we fought a glorious comeback
We never felt shame or any negative things
good for us ^^

Football time!
As usual
I'm always superb in the beginning
Dribbled the ball as if the ball is sticked onto me
Made some tricks to pass Yu Jun xD
but when I start to get tired
I'm out of form
Totally useless
The ball is so small
And light as well
How am I able to kick it as usual way?
We lost too xP
2-1
I scored one ^^
turned 180degree to blast the ball into far corner
but we still lost

At night we went out to eat
Xiao Kai chia us drink
xD saved up RM1.50
Thanks to him
He's really kind
And so at night
We played some pranks on Yu Jun
Someone wanna chat with me but I had a great reason to decline
Got so many boys wanna chat with her...why wanna snatch?
And so I waited for her...

DAY 2- 9/11/2008
Woke up and polished our items
After having breakfast
We went up to change into our Full Uniform
then went for morning church service
I "fishing" so many times
But with the power of God
I woke up timely when the pastor gave a meaningful phrase
Translate from Chinese: Its your decision to choose. You wanna be someone who sweats, who cries and who bleed or to be someone who drips their saliva?"
In chinese its “你要做个肯流汗，留泪或者是留血的人，或者你只要留口水？”
I will keep it in my heart
Everytime when feeling like giving up
I will remember this

After the service,
We went to Mc Donald to pick up a lunch
After that we went back to have courses again
Present some stuff
And I always strengthen my opinion that Publicity is always good
Because I'm a publicity in most of the camps

Woke up at 9.00am...
prepare myself to go back to my primary
Hehe...
went there and reached at 9.30am
quite many people there already lo~
But pity Lim Lim and Zhen Yu
They had to wait until 10am only the gate opens
And so we entered...

Man...
The school really changed alot
The canteen had been constructed to 3-storey building
Me and my gang went to the computer room first
Still the same old teacher
All the computers had changed
Wow
nice computers
Played some games and chit chat there
Some girls poked their heads in and went out
Hahax
Maybe we are too handsome until they are shy
xD

Heard a familiar voice outside
Scolding someone...

then we left
for the hall!!

ON A SUNNY DAY(lolx I feel like writing an essay =P)
I woke up and as usual...Get myself brushed up and drank just a cup of Milo
Got into my my casual wear
SET off to my school CLHS

I got there...And some of my friends were already there
Got into the bus...Talked bout football...
As time flies
We reached out destination in no time
^^

After we got the basics on building a sand castle
We got ourselves started up
LOLS
Quite fun le during the process
I think I've only contributed 3-7%

the rest of the time go play with beach water

FOOTBALL FRIENDLY MATCH
I woke up at 7.30am in the dawn
DAMN
I had my football match at 8
gotta get myself brushed up
woke my parents
and they brought me to CLHS
i reached there at 8.15am
Feel so sorry to Justin and Chow Ping
xD
Anyways
We started the game after warm up.
Wow!!
I was superb in the beginning
Tackled my opponent's team ball
and rushed up on the left wing
made a pass to Victor but was intercepted brilliantly by the defenders
After 3-5 minutes
We changed team
A few guys came to join us
So we got ourselves started again

There's this one guy
superb fast
damn fast
Faster than me
Shit!
And I had to mark him
I mean...
How am i supposed to???
He can run the whole pitch without resting
And I could not attack if I keep running after him
I suck
Really
I played damn badly that game
My teamwork with Kai Jiun also sucks
On Thursday we were like shadow partners
What I think and where I pass to he will be there
but not in this game
We were focusing on defending
and could not attack
Haiz...

Had to leave the game at 9 for BB meeting
When we left it was 2-0
We were losing
but we were short on one player
So i think it's a draw or something?
Not sure...

3TA3 had a practice for this coming Saturday for friendly football match with 3TB5
They had not enough players...therefore they decided to import players from other class...
I joined their practice
Well...
The game went well...
The midfield was fully dominated by me
xD
Even though I did not score,
I made lots of moves which leads so a goal
Chien Ming and Zhuan Kai are the top goal scorers
Hehe...Thanks to me of course xD
After the match which ended 6-4
We won the game of course
Justin and Chow Ping invited me to join them in this coming Saturday's match
Hehe...
better than nothing to do
I agreed

Erm..
the bad news is...
Me,Zhuan Kai,Chien Ming and Daniel were caught ponteng
you know... PONTENG!!!
Damn...can't escape this time
we had to confess to the teacher-in-charge
Fortunately
He forgives us
how lucky we were
or the worst penalty is a stroke of cain and one demerit kecil

The rest of the day I find it normal...
i ponteng once again to board of monitor to help my friend
while i was supposed to watch stupid movie in the hall

I slept very late last night...
I think at about 3am...
and i had to wake up at 6am...
of course I'm sleepy
During the 2 periods of PJ
I scored a goal xD
superbly receiving a pass from Melvin and just blasted the ball past Joshua aka EMO

Dozed off in my class 3TA4
When I woke up YX and the others were SMing Jia En
xD I just watched sleepily
Not in the mood to play
xD

After school
I went to tuition
Miss Lee....
Haiz after PMR has to go for her tuition again
give her face xD

After tuition...
I had a short nap...
and I dreamed of two things...
Firstly...
Someone reminded me that today is a big day for Jia Min
Frankly speaking
I had forgotten...seriously
sorry Jia Min xD but in the end I wished her anyway
xP

Second dream...
today YX had been weird to me
Suddenly talked to me about Christian things
Even I had not much knowledge on Christian
I was able to understand
The dream I had is I was sleeping in complete darkness
And then a strange ray of light came into my sight
He told me exactly what YX said today...
Who is he? I'm not sure
But he said my work I have now is same with YX too
Spread the good news with the ones I loved
I'm not sure...
It's not like I'm a pastor or a priest?
I just told him that I'm sleepy and I promised him
After PMR I shall tell him my decision to accept the challenge or not
And after he said he will be back as I promised

BEFORE ENTERING THE HAIR SALOON
"This will be my last hair cut of the year." I said to myself as i stepped into the hair saloon.

I didn't say anything to the hair dresser...and she just apply some "oil" and did not cut my front hair
So happy xD
Too bad my elder sister took my camera away
